• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or service limitations in remote areas.
• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on eligible orders.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email, wherever available.
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
• Orders returned to BeeCure because of unsuccessful delivery attempts may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

• An incorrect product
• A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photographs of the package and product
• An unboxing video (mandatory)

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

8. Delays & Courier Issues

• BeeCure is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
• However, our support team will assist you in following up with the courier service whenever possible.
